The magazine reports on the latest workplace news and offers in-depth analysis on the most cutting-edge developments in people management, HR law and strategy. Articles are written by accomplished journalists and leaders in the field and are often used for research and reference.

HR Professional readers know their human resources management fundamentals and actively contribute to the success of their organizations. All columns should offer HR professionals a concrete idea or process that they can implement either in their workplace or within themselves. Features must be well researched and well sourced and examine topical and strategic HR issues.
